Keep the website you have working for your business.
Your hours change. A service gets added. A photo needs replacing. Small website jobs are easy to postpone when you are running a business. Simplify Labs gives Austin small businesses a place to send those requests, with ongoing care for one existing website at $69 a month.
We work through requests one at a time. You can send priorities from across your site; the type of work determines whether it belongs in care. Routine maintenance and edits belong in care. A redesign, migration or new custom feature needs its own scope and quote.
Practical help with the details customers see.
- Keep information current. Update supplied service descriptions, opening hours, contact details, photos and existing page content.
- Keep paths clear. Review links, buttons and layout issues so visitors can find the next step on a phone or computer.
- Maintain the parts we agree to manage. Identify the platform and access first, then establish the appropriate maintenance responsibilities.
- Know what changed. Receive a clear explanation of completed work, checks performed and anything that needs a separate decision.
The work depends on your platform. A hosted website builder and a self-hosted WordPress site have different responsibilities. We confirm what we can manage before you subscribe, including any limits imposed by your provider or existing setup.
A clear difference between care and a project.
| Routine care | Separately quoted project |
|---|---|
| Replace text and images on existing pages | Redesign the site or create a new page system |
| Update an existing button or link | Build a booking tool or custom integration |
| Carry out agreed platform maintenance | Migrate the site or repair substantial existing problems |
If a request reveals a larger issue, we explain the finding and proposed next step. You approve any additional quote before that work begins. You can also request a separately scoped website repair without treating it as routine care.
Send a request. Understand the next step.
- Start with your website. Share its address, platform if you know it, and the jobs you want help with.
- Agree on the work. We confirm fit, access and priorities. One request is active at a time, with timing based on that request.
- Review the result. We make the agreed change, check the affected area and explain the outcome.
Questions before you join.
Can you help if someone else built my website?
Yes, subject to reviewing its platform, condition and available access. You do not need to rebuild simply to ask for help.
Does one request at a time limit how many I can send?
You can share your list. We agree on priorities and complete requests in sequence. The service does not include simultaneous work on every item or a fixed completion time for every request.
Do you take over my hosting or domain?
Your accounts remain yours. Hosting, domains and paid third-party tools remain separate expenses. We agree on the access needed for the work.
What if my site already has a serious problem?
We assess it before accepting the site into care. Substantial repairs may need a separate quote before routine maintenance can begin.
