This package is designed for established independent service businesses with an existing website and a meaningful reason to improve it. Our first focus is North Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Leander and Georgetown.

With your permission, we prepare one small private homepage concept or two key sections based on your website and goal. We can email the preview, discuss it by phone or walk through it on Google Meet. See the direction before you decide.

No obligation and no required initial call. This is a small design preview, not a complete free website. If you want to proceed, we confirm fit and written scope before a deposit or full build.

What your project includes.

PAGES: Up to five named marketing pages, plus one plain page of legal text you supply.
CONTENT: Up to about 1,200 marketing words of light drafting or editing from your approved business facts.
DESIGN & CONTACT: Responsive layouts, contact links and one ordinary inquiry form or a supported existing form/booking embed.
SEARCH FOUNDATIONS: Page titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, sitemap and agreed URL redirects.
REVIEW: One consolidated revision round within the agreed direction and scope.
LAUNCH & HANDOVER: Deployment, agreed production checks, site files or repository and clear account handover.

Default pages are Home, Services, Work, About and Contact. We can substitute a service-area page if that better fits your business. The actual pages are named in your proposal.

Your existing website deserves a proper plan.

Before you pay a deposit, we agree which existing pages and content to retain, which URLs to preserve or redirect, and which integrations must keep working. A smaller package does not mean important pages quietly disappear.

We confirm domain and hosting control, access, image rights, business facts and the approval contact. Email DNS records and other services are preserved during the agreed launch.

A clear timeline with a clear starting point.

Your free concept. Ask for a small private homepage direction or two key sections. Share your goal and choose email, phone or Google Meet; no initial meeting is required. After you see the preview, decide whether you want us to scope the full project.
Start. Approve the written scope and pay the 50% deposit. We agree a start slot once all required content, assets and access are complete.
Review-ready site. We deliver staging within 7–10 business days after those start conditions are met.
Revision. Send one consolidated round of feedback. We normally complete the agreed revision within three business days after complete feedback.
Launch. After staging acceptance and final payment, we target launch within two business days when access and the agreed window are available.

Client feedback and third-party delays affect the calendar. After ten business days without feedback, we pause and agree a new available slot. Inactivity does not make an advance earned.

Payment, ownership and ongoing costs.

For a $995 pilot project, the deposit and final balance are $497.50 each, plus applicable taxes. For the later $1,500 package, each payment is $750. The deposit follows scope approval; the balance follows staging acceptance and comes before production launch.

You control the domain and production accounts and receive the site files or repository. Your agreement identifies any reusable foundation and third-party licenses. Domain renewals, paid hosting, premium platforms, booking tools and other external bills stay explicit and are preferably paid directly by you.

The standard package does not include a nontechnical editing interface. If you want a CMS or frequent self-service editing, tell us before scoping so we can agree the platform and price.

What needs a separate scope.

Ecommerce, payments, memberships and account logins.
A new custom booking system, complex integration or application.
Substantial content migration, large URL inventories or multilingual sites.
Brand strategy, new identity, substantial copywriting or legal drafting.
A self-service CMS or ongoing content production.

We can link to or embed a supported system you already use. Rebuilding that system is different work. Any new scope requires a written change quote before we start it.

After the website is live.

We correct defects in the agreed implementation reported within 30 calendar days after launch. This covers corrections to our work, not new features or later third-party changes.

Optional basic care is $69/month for eligible healthy sites on our standard foundation. It includes availability alerts, a monthly site/contact-path review and up to 15 minutes of supplied text/image edits. We acknowledge ordinary requests within two business days and target small included edits within five business days after complete instructions.

One request is in progress at a time. Unused edit time does not roll over. Larger work needs a separate quote; covered implementation defects do not consume the edit allowance. Cancel future renewals before the next billing date and retain the site and accounts. Full care details ↗

Changes and cancellation.

The written scope defines the deliverables and milestones. If the project ends early, we reconcile completed work against those agreed milestones and refund unearned advances. We do not treat an unused deposit as automatically earned.
